  • 350 g beetroots
  • 2 eggs
  • 0,5 l water
  • 0,5 l sour milk
  • 200 g cucumbers
  • 40 g dill
  • 100 g spring onions
  • salt

Mix together, cool, and serve with sour cream and baked potatoes
