  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • 6 tbsp wheat flour
  • salt, pepper
  • sunflower oil
  • sour cream

Peel and grate the potatoes. Chop the onion very finely, add to the potatoes. Add the egg, salt, spices and flour. Mix everything well.

Heat a skillet with a little sunflower oil. Spoon out mixture into small pancakes. Fry from each side to the crust.

Serve with sour cream.
