Cheese Cake

RU, sweet, fried, vegetarian


  • 300 g low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2-3 tbsp semolina
  • 50-60 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • vegetable oil

In large bowl, mix cottage cheese with sour cream. Gradually add flour, semolina, salt and sugar. Beat eggs. Carefully knead. Leave the mixture for 20 minutes to semolina swelled.

Preheat a frying pan with plenty of vegetable oil. Form small balls, which are neatly spread on a pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
