Cheese Soup

RU, savoury, cooked, vegetarian


  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 4 - 5 potatoes
  • Champignons
  • Druzhba cheese

Chop one medium onion and one medium carrot. Fry it in a little oil for 5 minutes. Chop 4 - 5 potatoes. Pour 1,5 liters of water in the pot, wait until it boils and add the potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Cut champignons and cheese and add to the soup. Stir well and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
