Cheese Cake

RU, sweet, baked, vegetarian

  • 300 g biscuit cookies
  • 500 g curd cream cheese
  • 150 g melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml cream (30% fat)
  • 150 g sugar

Crumble cookies, pour melted butter, mix, put in a mold, refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix cheese with eggs, add cream, stir, so that bubbles don't form, add sugar and pour into the mold with cookies.

Pour water on a baking tray and put the mold into it.

Bake for 90 minutes at 180°C.
