Baked Salmon

US, savoury, baked

• salmon
• citrus marmalade
• red onion
• maple syrup

Put a nice piece of salmon on a baking dray, covered in foil.

Slather salmon entirely with your choice of citrus marmalade. Sprinkle on chopped red onion to taste. Drizzle with maple syrup to taste.

Bake as you normally would a piece of salmon that size and thickness.
